How long does shipping take for oversized furniture?
Most swings are handcrafted to order and ship within 7-10 business days. Transit time typically takes an additional 3-5 days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your swing doesn't perfectly fit your porch, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Are the swings difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Our swings arrive 90% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the backrest to the seat and secure the armrests using the provided hardware and easy-to-follow instructions.
What is the weight capacity of your standard two-person swing?
