Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your swing and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, chains, and assembly manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
